Da es zwei verschiedene Teilbereiche in den Dokumenten gibt, wurden zwei kleine Teams gebildet, eines, um Theologie und Spiritualit\u00e4t zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und das andere, um Leitung und Verwaltung zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Die zwei kleineren Teams arbeiten zusammen und involvieren die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft durch Mitteilung ihrer Ideen, H\u00f6ren auf deren Ansichten und dem Suchen nach Beitr\u00e4gen, um \u00c4nderungen vorzuschlagen, die besser ins 21.
